Business Opening License

Applicants are informed about the documents required for application for opening and operating a workplace, and applications can be taken for applications related to these documents.

Documents Required for Umuma Open Engineering License Application
  1. Petition (to be signed and authorized if authorized).
  2. License Application Form (Signed and Authorized, if any).
  3. Tax Label
  4. Company is Trade Registry Gazette Example.
  5. The Company is the Signing Circle from the Responsible Manager. If the person is Signature Statement will be taken.
  6. Room Registration (Chamber of Commerce or Chamber of Tradesmen)
  7. Mastery Certificate (Restaurant, Patisserie, Barber, etc. establishments)
  8. CONSENT Certified as Headman or Notary from Apartment Residents for Residents in the Residential Area
  9. Fire Tube Filling Bill (6 kg.)
  10. Judicial Record Certificate
  11. Health report
  12. Photocopy of the receipt of environmental cleaning tax (CTV) and other taxes.
  13. Property Owner Tax Paid to Photocopy of Receipt.

  8. Machine declaration or Machine Layout Project on Letterhead

  11. Property Declaration (to be taken from the Municipality)
